What to expect from MONTHLY RETAINERS?

At the lower spend, you’re securing 10+ years of Shopify design & development expertise, our availability, and a safety net so that you’re never stuck troubleshooting issues alone.

At the higher spend, you’re securing an extension of your team that is easy to work with and as collaborative as you need us to be. Sean & Alyssa can take the lead on e-commerce solutions, implementation, and store maintenance, allowing you to shift focus to other parts of the business.

Once we understand your needs and agree on a scope of work (SOW), your tasks get scheduled in and started. Transparency is important to us, and with our shared task dashboard, you can check in on our progress & priorities at any time.

Regardless of spend, our streamlined process ensures that we are efficiently delivering premium work that is built for growth. You can expect dependable timelines, progress updates, and white-glove service throughout our time working together.

How does billing work?

Retainer payments are charged on the first of the month. Acceptable payment methods are credit card, ACH, or check. Payment is due 7 days after an invoice is issued. A late fee will be applied every 14 days an invoice remains unpaid and all work will be paused. All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted.
